Q: How do I use iwiLetter?

A: Just visit the "Write a Letter" page and type your letter, we'll handle the rest! We'll print a real letter, stuff it in the envelope, stamp it with a First-Class U.S. stamp, and mail it anywhere in the U.S.

Q: What will my letter look like?

A: First, we use real First-Class U.S stamps, not a metered printed stamp. We use real #10 business envelopes with the "TO:" Address and your Return Address printed on them in their normal spaces, not a windowed envelope. Inside, your letter is printed on nice 8.5" x 11" office paper, triple folded and inserted into the envelope.

Q: How much does it cost?

A: Just $2 for each letter (up to 3 pages); printed, stuffed, stamped with a first-class stamp, and mailed. Each additional page after the 3rd page is charged $.15 (cents) per page.

Q: Can I go back and change my Return Address later if I want/need to?

Sure, just visit your My Account page page where you can edit your account info, including your Return Address. You can make friends think you live in exotic places.

Q: How do I pay for orders?

A: You can pay easily and securely online with your VISA, MasterCard, AMEX or Discover credit card. We use Paypal's Website Payments Pro system, so it's safe and secure.

Q: Can I send letters to U.S. Military addresses, even overseas?

A: Yes, type in "FPO" or "APO" in the City field. Select AA/AP/AE in the State Field. Type in the numerical digits of the APO/FPO number in the ZIP field. (these instructions will also be available to you during checkout when entering the address)

Q: Does iwiLetter use recycled paper?

A: Yes! Every single iwiLetter is printed using recycled paper and envelopes.

Q: So how do you pronounce iwiLetter?

A: It's pronounced "e-we Letter". Just like "kiwi Letter" without the "k".

Q: How long after I complete my order will my iwiLetter be mailed?

A: Our target time is 24 hours, from the time you type your letter, until we get it to the U.S. Post Office.

Q: Is my information secure and are my letters private?

A: Yes! We do not have access to your credit card information, it's automated. We use PayPal's Website Payments Pro system to process the transaction, so it's very secure. Also, your privacy is very important to us. Our system is automated so your letters remain private.

Q: Do you mail internationally?

A: Not yet, but we're looking into it for the future. However, you can currently mail an iwiLetter to US Military personnel that are stationed overseas. More features are on their way, check out our Features page.

Q: Can I upload a PDF file or MS Word document to send as my letter?

A: Not currently, but we are planning to offer this in the near future, for sure!

Q: When I open "My Account" page, I can see all the iwiLetters I've previously sent, and there are two options -- to view or to load. What does "load" mean?

A: All iwiLetters you send are saved in your "My Account" page, the Load option allows you to easily load, edit, and send a previously sent iwiLetter to other people.

Q: So I can send a real letter in the mail from my computer?
